Acquired by Fred C. Church in 2017, our Duble & O’Hearn division has over 50 years supporting organizations and individuals in the NYC metro area and beyond.  This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial insurance producer who wants to take the lead on growth!

Other Qualifications and Experience:

  • Required and appropriate Producer’s licensure
  • A successful sales record, preferably in commercial insurance
  • Ability and desire to travel regularly to prospects, clients, company meetings, etc.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Strategic and critical thinking capacities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize one’s own workload
  • Acceptance and adoption of constructive feedback from internal and external constituents
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Proficient user of Excel who can analyze sets of data and draw conclusions from them
  • Familiar with Applied Epic or similar agency management system
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or another relevant discipline preferred
